Nature Walks

Do you like to experience Nature up close and personal?  If so, then check out a number of opportunities to explore the flora and fauna of Cabrillo National Monument, San Diego, and San Diego County.

Ranger / VIP-Led Walks

IMG_3728Our VIPs lead free guided nature walks every day of the week but Sundays. Each walk will explore different areas of the park and is dependent upon the VIP and his or her area of expertise. It’s best to check at the Visitor Center to see which walk is being offered that particular day.

Dusty Socks Club

There’s the Dusty Socks Club that leads nature walks throughout the city, and you can check out its scheduled walks here.

San Diego Natural History Museum Canyoneers

Finally, you can experience nature walks led by one of our proud partners, the San Diego Natural History Museum’s Canyoneers.  They lead walks open to the public for free, and without any reservations required.  You can learn about their schedule here.
